We all know that inclusive leaders get the best results - but how do you become more inclusive?

Having spent most of my 20 year career focused on people development and inclusive work practices, I have witnessed first-hand the time and resources invested in attracting and getting the most out of talented people - with varying degrees of success.

Often the difference between success and failure rests with individual managers knowing how to engage with their people and leverage their unique skills.

As with any other business skill, inclusive leadership needs to be learned and practiced.

Successful leaders aren't born, they develop - little by little, day by day.

My practical approach provides managers, such as yourself, with the tools and training that you need to get the best out of your team and set yourself up for success!

ABOUT EDYTA

To me, diversity and inclusion are not just theoretical concepts, they are my lived experience. As a woman, an immigrant, a mother, a leader and now an entrepreneur, I have experienced the enormous impact that diversity can have on the way that we live and work.

Over the last two decades, I have worked with some of Australia's most well-known and respected organisations and I have been privileged to partner with leaders who have recognised the importance of inclusive work practices.

I have also seen others struggle in implementing diversity programs that just haven't cut the mustard.

What I have learned is that there are no silver bullets that can support diversity and inclusion. Success can only be achieved through committed and focused leaders who have the right skills, tools, resources and coaching to create more inclusive work environments. Thus getting the best out of themselves and their teams.

My passion in helping others reach their full potential and to get it right the first time, inspired me to create 'in-clusion'.
