Over the past 20 years, I have built a successful career with some of Australia's most respected organisations to better attract, develop and retain the most diverse and talented people possible.I have lead complex inclusion and diversity strategies that sought to alleviate the roadblocks to people reaching their full potential and coached many aspiring leaders to get the best from their people by being more inclusive.My passion and commitment to inclusion stems from understanding that at the core of every thriving organisation and beside every successful leader stands an engaged and motivated workforce whose skills are recognised and nurtured.My primary objective, is to share with you what I have learned over the past two decades and support you in becoming the leader that you were meant to be.
